Our vision

37.5 was born out of a simple idea: success is only worthwhile if it is shared by all and if it is sustainable.

For too long, companies have focused on one area of their development while neglecting the others. It may be growth, or taking market share and therefore seeking customers, it may be profit to satisfy shareholders who want maximum profitability, or it may be the obligation to “do the social thing” for reasons of legal constraints or internal or external pressures.

37.5, like the ideal temperature of the human body, wishes to propose to businesses that they reach a balance where customers, shareholders and employees benefit together from the evolution of markets and progress in general.

This is neither excessive naivety nor Machiavellianism, just the idea of expressing loud and clear the ambition of a team around a project. It’s about having the same communication internally and externally so as not to mislead anyone. Not everything needs to be said, but everything that is said must be true and shared.

The fundamentals of 37.5 aim to break down the walls between the functions of a company or a group, and to consider common projects as a vector for change. Assuming this attitude means that a great deal needs to be done in the management of people and in communication. This does not mean abandoning contradictory objectives that are sometimes useful for evolution, but rather managing them efficiently and transparently.
